Identity : Whilst regulations require eaux-de-vie at least 4 years old for a VSOP, the Otard VSOP Fine Champagne is a blend of eaux-de-vie of up to 8 years. The Otard VSOP Fine Champagne is composed exclusively of the two leading cognac growths, Grande and Petite Champagne, with at least 50% of Grande Champagne.
Tasting notes : The length on the palate of the Otard VSOP Fine Champagne, combining its powerful nose and remarkable finesse, blossoms with floral aromas backed by the fragrance of lime-trees, pears and tobacco, with flashes of spices and vanilla.
How best to drink it : The Otard VSOP Fine Champagne can be enjoyed as an aperitif with 5 or 6 cl of tonic for 2 cl of cognac, and a few ice cubes. As an after-dinner drink, it should be enjoyed neat. Otard VSOP Fine Champagne is best drunk at room temperature
