Very Superior Old Pale

Identity :
Whilst regulations require eaux-de-vie at least 4 years old for a VSOP, the Otard VSOP Fine Champagne is a blend of eaux-de-vie of up to 8 years. The Otard VSOP Fine Champagne is composed exclusively of the two leading cognac growths, Grande and Petite Champagne, with at least 50% of Grande Champagne.

Tasting notes :
The length on the palate of the Otard VSOP Fine Champagne, combining its powerful nose and remarkable finesse, blossoms with floral aromas backed by the fragrance of lime-trees, pears and tobacco, with flashes of spices and vanilla.

How best to drink it :
The Otard VSOP Fine Champagne can be enjoyed as an aperitif with 5 or 6 cl of tonic for 2 cl of cognac, and a few ice cubes. As an after-dinner drink, it should be enjoyed neat. Otard VSOP Fine Champagne is best drunk at room temperature

More prizes for Otard:

Cognac Otard was given the Seal of Approval at the Interrnational Spirits Challenge 2006 competition, and Otard VSOP Fine Champagne was awarded the distinction of "Gold Best in Class" at the International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC) 2006.
