Xama Title

Bodega Xama – Valle de Uco,
Mendoza, Argentina

The vineyards are situated in a unique “terroir” in the Uco Valley, on the Andes slopes, more than 1000 meters above sea level, 100 km south of Mendoza, Argentina.
 

Xama Che

… means the “Moon’s promise” in the local Indian language.Xama Che Malbec Label

Because they are at a high altitude the vineyards experience a wide temperature difference between day and night. The temperature in summer ranges from 18°C to 33°C and days are hot and nights are cool.Xama Che Torrontes Label

The two grapes which best respond to the local temperature variation have been selected: Malbec and Torrontes.
 

Xama Kaye

……… means the “Heart’s promise” in the local Indian language.

Xama Kaye is the Reserve range, produced only in very good years. Full bodied wines with tXama Kaye Malbec Labelhe elegant structure given by mature and balanced vineyards with low yields. In 2004, only the Malbec was selected.

Fresh and fruity wines. Wines selected: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
 

Elementos – Colchagua Valley, Chile

The vineyards are situated both on the coastal and the main Andes cordillera, in Colchagua Valley, Chile. ThiElementos Cabernet Sauvignon (Red)s location Elementos Merlotallows selection of the right soil, exposure to sun, cool winds and the Pacific Ocean’s influence for each microclimate.

The wines are presented as the four natural earth elements (earth, fire, air, water) to emphasise the balance of the environment.

A range to discover the typical fruit expression of Chardonnay and Cabernet-Sauvignon from Chile’s Maule Valley.

Learning to Fly Title

This range has been created in tribute to the flying pioneers that at the beginning of the last century opened routes to new territories and new cultures. Some of the bravest were those that linked Europe to Argentina and Chile by crossing the Andes mountain range in small biplanes.  

The wines selected comprises fresh and fruity wines which match the varieties that are typical of the region.

The grapes come from younger vineyards and have been chosen for their enjoyment and ease of drinking rather than their complexity.
